Congratulations! You are about to embark on an amazing journey as your site implements the new OJJDP mentoring initiative. While Mentoring Coordinators will take but the lead at many programs, Directors play a key role in the success of your mentoring component and the national initiative as a whole.
To learn how you can ensure the success of this effort and share ideas with your peers, please join us for a webinar on Wednesday, June 16th 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time/1:30 Eastern Time. This special topic for directors will not be covered in Minneapolis, so we strongly encourage all directors to participate.
Participants will:
a) Review and clarify roles and responsibilities related to the mentoring program.
b) Brainstorm ways to support the Mentoring Coordinator.
c) Generate ideas for getting buy-in from key stakeholders, staff, and partners.
