New Community of Practice Launches!

Welcome to the new and improved National Mentoring Alliance Community of Practice!

This updated version of the site features a number of new content areas:

  • Information for mentors and prospective mentors
  • Information for YouthBuild students and their families
  • More accessible resources and tools
  • Links to various ways of connecting with YouthBuild mentoring, whether it's finding a local chapter to volunteer or keeping up to date on the work of the NMA on Facebook and Twitter

The site still features a robust private section for Mentoring Coordinators and other YouthBuild staff. In this section, you will find:

  • The discussion forums, where you can interact with, and learn from, staff at other YouthBuild mentoring sites
  • All your monthly reporting forms
  • The Marketing Toolkit and other resources that will help you promote your program

We hope this new site makes it easier for you to share information with prospective mentors, current students, YouthBuild Alumni, community leaders, and potential partners, while also providing Mentoring Coordinators with a central organizing hub to organize our work across the nation.

If you have any questions about the new site, or have trouble accessing your user account, please contact Site Administrator Michael Garringer (503-275-9647).
